# Plainpaper

> Plainpaper is a shared visual canvas where an AI agent researches audiences, drafts creative and emails, and lays every marketing campaign out as typed cards on a board you steer and approve. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP client.

Plainpaper turns an AI chat into a persistent workspace. The agent does the heavy lifting (research, segmentation, copy, scheduling) while a human reviews and approves every asset on the board before anything goes live. It connects to the marketing tools you already use over MCP, and each campaign starts from a proven playbook board or a blank canvas.

## Playbooks
Ready-made campaign boards. A playbook sets up a Plainpaper board with its phases, card types, starter cards, and the agent guidance the agent reads before it does anything. Two tiers, distinguished by who wrote them: playbooks by Plainpaper ship inside the product and are one click; playbooks by the community are published here and unlock with a 7-digit code, previewed in full before anything is added to a workspace. A playbook can only ever propose: every card it creates arrives as a draft and nothing leaves Plainpaper without human approval.
