Support
One address reaches the people who built Plainpaper. This page tells you what to send so we can help quickly, and where the docs already have your answer.
Talk to us
Email [email protected]. We read everything ourselves and aim to reply within one business day. There is no ticket portal and no chatbot in front of that address.
The more of this you include, the faster the first reply solves it: the email address on your account, which workspace and board you were in, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If your agent was involved, paste the tool call or the agent's message; it usually names the problem.
Answers that already exist
The docs cover most of what we get asked. The pages that answer the most mail:
- Quickstart: account to first agent-built board in ten minutes.
- Connect your agent: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client, with either sign-in or a token.
- Install Plainpaper in Claude and in ChatGPT: the two chat surfaces, step by step.
- FAQ & troubleshooting: connection failures, approval blockers, media rules.
- Plans & billing: the 7-day trial, what each plan allows, what happens when a trial lapses.
Billing
Subscriptions, invoices and cancellation live on the billing screen inside the app, and payments run through Stripe. If something on an invoice looks wrong, or you were charged after cancelling, email us and we will put it right, as the terms promise.
Your data
Requests about your personal data, including export, correction and deletion, are described under your rights in the privacy policy. Send them to the same address; we answer within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Security reports
Think you have found a vulnerability? Skip the queue: the security page says how to report it and what we promise in return.
