The free plan holds two active boards. To start a third, archive one first: nothing is ever deleted, and the archive stays visible. Opening or restoring an archived board is part of the paid plans, so treat the two active slots as your working desk and upgrade when the desk gets too small.
The same ones as on every paid plan: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any client that speaks MCP. Chat surfaces sign in with OAuth; command-line and editor clients use a workspace agent token. Agent access is never gated on the free plan, and all MCP tools work on your active boards. The Claude and ChatGPT guides walk through it.
