A calendar full of empty slots is a to-do list wearing a costume. The month that actually ships is decided differently: a handful of pillars, each with a job it does for the business, a plan that assigns every slot to a pillar in one sitting, and the posts themselves written, staged, and approved in batches before their week arrives. That is what this board holds. Not dates with hopes attached: finished posts, each belonging to a pillar, each approved by a human before it goes anywhere. The measure phase then does the only calendar math that matters: which pillar earned its share of slots, and what next month's mix should be because of it.
