One good hour of material should feed a month of channels, and for teams that do it well, it does. The teams that do it badly share one habit: they repurpose the PIECE instead of the ideas in it, pasting the same text everywhere at three sizes, which audiences correctly read as spam. This playbook splits the work the right way. First mine the pillar for atoms: the claims, numbers, steps, and stories that stand alone without the piece around them. Then adapt each atom into the native grammar of each platform, a re-expression, never a resize. The scoreboard at the end asks the question that compounds: which KINDS of atoms travelled, so the next pillar piece gets made with the mining already in mind.
